I have lived in Williamsburg for over 36 years and forged many wonderful professional and personal relationships. Contributing time within my community through the Kiwanis Club (Past President 2014–15), JCC/Williamsburg Master Gardener Association, Moose Lodge, Salvation Army Board, Meals on Wheels Board, JCC Lions Club, Master Gardeners, and the Micro Tour golf group is not only fulfilling but establishes the Williamsburg community as my office.
A military veteran, my business evolution began while serving eight years in the Army (Captain), where I developed and never forgot essential skills such as task, resource, and time management. Owning and operating three hotels with my wife further strengthened my business demeanor through the art of listening, problem solving, and focusing on priorities.
My approach is simple: I work hard, I work smart, and I work honestly. The best part is that I work for YOU!
I am proud to say I have been married for 39 years and have 32-year-old twins. My family relationships ground me and allow everything else to fall into place. Personally, I am down to earth. Professionally, I do not take lightly the confidence my clients place in me.
In addition to the Coldwell Banker training and marketing platform, my clients get me as their Realtor. Sharing what I know and recognizing what I do not know allows “US” to stay two steps ahead during the transaction. Although buying or selling a home is a business transaction, it is always reassuring to have a Realtor you feel comfortable with.
