Josiah graduated college with a degree in business, while also running track and cross country. He has been working as a consultant with Brooks Real Estate to audit and implement administrative, technology, accounting, and real estate process and procedures. With his education and practical experience in business and real estate, he has now earned his real estate license and has joined forces with his mother, Marivi Garrison, already known for her service and expertise in business and real estate, to form the Garrison Group at Coldwell Banker Traditions.
